Challenge Awards

For each of the fourteen state assessments, seventy state schools are identified as high performing.

From those seventy schools, the top score from each of the State Board regions is selected for a Certificate of Merit.

A statistical model is used that includes test results and the percent of the sample size (minimum of 20) that received free or reduced lunch.
